Q: ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES I WILL PAY AFTER THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE?
Ongoing fees you will have annually are for your shared web hosting and domain registry, which essentially is like paying your annual property taxes when you own a home. Further, you can choose whether or not to keep us on retainer month-to-month to make further website and social media updates for you.
After your website is complete, we offer a monthly retainer service to have us keep up with updates to your website, expanding your SEO reach and making design changes for you. You may want to consider this cost after the design is completed. Some people are comfortable with making further changes on their own, but most of our clients hire us to handle it for them. If you are creating an online shop, other additional fees you may encounter would be from your chosen payment processor if you are selling products through an e-commerce website.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
We require a 50% down payment to begin your project and 50% upon completion. Under special request circumstances we may adjust your payments into 3,6,9 or 12 payments. We do make this exception on a case by case basis. Please inquire with us today!

Because usually if your second cousin’s friend did your original website, well, it probably looks like your second cousin’s friend did the website. We only work on our own projects start to finish to maintain the quality we expect of ourselves. Q: HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM WEB DESIGN TAKE? WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The time frame for a custom site varies depending on the scope of the project, how much information is readily available by you when we start, and how available you are to answer emails and provide information & feedback. You should generally allow 2 weeks for your website to be completed after start up according to how responsive you are as we mold the clay you give us. We will be able to give you a realistic time frame after our initial consultation.
Q: DO I NEED TO KNOW OR LEARN HTML OR BUY ANY SPECIAL SOFTWARE? WHAT IF I AM NOT COMPUTER SAVVY?
You do not need to know any HTML. We work on a very user friendly platform, and it can be easy to learn if you want to try. For those that want nothing to do with maintaining their site, we offer the retainer fee after the project is completed. If you choose to not pay the retainer fee and wish to edit the website yourself, you’re certainly welcome to do so.
